Motorcycle Motion provide professional motorcycle and motor scooter rider training and lessons and riding tuition and testing from beginners to advanced since 1985.

All of our Motorcycle Motion motorcycle instructors are trained at Motorcycle Motion using our training courses to exacting standards, then tested and accredited by Vic Roads.

Motorcycles and motor scooters are supplied free for the motorcycle and motor scooter Learners Permit and Licence Courses and training we provide. We also provide overseas motorcycle and motor scooter licence changeovers.

Use of our Motorcycles and Scooters is provided for all courses, and we can provide specialised training on Student's motorbikes and scooters.

We also provide helmets and gloves for Students to use during the course.

Motorcycle and scooter classes, lessons and training sessions are generally conducted over 4 hours to maximise skills and minimise fatigue.

We can also provide specialised one-on-one training & group bookings.

I have never ridden a motorcycle before, why is your Pre-Learner class 4 hours long?
Over our many years of experience we have found 4 hours allows you to obtain a good understanding of the basic skills needed to safely operate a motorcycle.
This ensures that you are able to retain the skills and improve on them in your next session.
 
Would you have a motorcycle to suit my size?
We have a range of different sized motorcycle’s and scooters to suit all Students.
 
Do I have to pay a Learner Permit/Licence issuing fee after completing the course?
All our fees are included in the cost of the Learner Permit or Licence course – this way you know how much you are paying upfront.
 
Why do you spend 4 hours on theory for a Learner Permit course?
Our theory session aims to make you aware of the hazards and avoidance strategies needed to allow you to safely enjoy riding motorcycles.
 
I’ve been riding dirt bikes for years.  Do I need to do the full course?
Off-road riding teaches you the basics of motorcycle control.
We recommend doing the 6 or 8 hour Learner Permit course for experienced off-road riders.
